Hey — I'm the person behind Protein Atlas. Home cook, not a chef. I meal prep most weekends and got obsessed with tracking what actually delivers on protein without tasting like cardboard.

I started this site because I was tired of recipes claiming "high protein" with barely 15g per serving, or requiring specialty ingredients I couldn't find. Every recipe here has USDA-verified nutrition and uses ingredients from any grocery store.
